So many times when trying to decide what new tattoo to get, I have found myself flipping through a book of tattoo "designs" in a packed tattoo shop. The pressure from the artist and the long line would force me to say "Okay, I'll take this one!". This is sadly the norm for so many people when getting a tattoo. 

My EXPERIENCE with Jennie was the exact opposite. She didn't offer a book of her latest work, she sat and talked to me about my life, my goals, my family and my passion. After a great conversation, we then spoke about the tattoo design. She took our conversation and my ideas of what I wanted in a tattoo and created a one of a kind, custom PIECE OF ART. When it was time for her to tattoo me, she made the process intimate and comfortable. From the music to the conversation, everything was perfect. Time flew by! Each hour felt like a couple of minutes. Her touch was soft and gentle(not like some of the butchers that dug into my skin in the past).My EXPERIENCE felt sacred and special not rushed and carefree. In the end, Jennie created beautiful art on my body. I will definitely be getting more art from her in the very near future. She taught me that, an artist job is to take your ideas and EXPAND them to create a piece of art that is special and unique to you!
